Athletic Training Begins...

Hey Everyone,

I have become really lazy lately so I've decided to start an intense training program over the next 3 weeks or so.. I will be working every muscle in my body over the 3 week period. My goal is to make the interschool team, and place in one of the events. Our intra-school carnival is in just over 2 weeks time on Friday 13th October.

I will begin my training today. Every day i will be going to the gym alternating from a shoulders/legs workout, chest/triceps workout, and a back/biceps workout. I will also go for a half hour run on my cross trainer at home, every day with a core workout just afterwards. On Wednesday's, Friday's, and Sunday's I have footy, so i will not be able to go to the gym due to lack of time. Having footy on these days will give me a rest period for my upper body muscles, but will build up my fitness for the middle distance running.
