The first day of training, I was unable to run because of a corked leg. That day was also my Shoulders/ Legs workout, so I was unable to complete some of the leg exercises.. The next day my leg was feeling much better so I was able to go to footy training with full strength. I had to leave a bit early to go out, but it wasn't too bad. Thursday , I just decided to work my legs because they didn't get a proper workout on the Monday. I also went for a longer run to make up for my loss.

Today we have footy training again and I am preparing for what is hopefully going to be a big win against my old team. Since I'm apparently one of the more cheeky players, I'm sure my old team wouldn't mind taking me out.. But my teams pretty solid, and it will be fun to have a bit of a brawl. Brent is also a bit of a target this week from some school mates.

I didn't play too good last time we versed them, so hopefully i can pick up my game now, and get another win on the board. Looking forward to giving my old team mates some cheek, and having some fun.
